1:1 Rose Alchemy Sessions
Private, supportive sessions to help you regulate your nervous system,
process what you’ve been carrying, and reconnect with your body and truth.
These sessions are for you if you’re feeling:

• emotionally exhausted
• anxious or disconnected
• stuck in patterns that no longer serve you
• in a season of change, grief, or identity shift
We work gently with:

A deeper, multi session journey for women ready to reclaim their identity, voice, boundaries, and sense of self.
This pathway supports you to:

• step into a more grounded, authentic version of yourself
This is for women who feel called to go beyond one-off sessions and create lasting, embodied change.
